How can I redeem my pre-purchased Digital Certificate or Diploma in Alison App?
If you have pre-purchased your digital certificate or diploma, you will need to complete a course before you can redeem your purchase against your completed course.
Once you complete a course, you can redeem your pre-purchased Digital Certificate or Digital Diploma by following the steps below:
• Go to the Dashboard, choose Unclaimed Certificates:
• Choose certificate and click Get Certificate, as shown in this example:
Top Tip: Pre-purchased certificates can only be redeemed against completed courses. Complete your course or choose a new course from our range of 4000+ certificate or diploma courses.
