How long does it take to receive my Certificate?
If you purchase a digital Certificate or digital Diploma you will be able to download your PDF directly from your dashboard, once your payment has been finalised.
If you purchase a printed or framed Certificate or Diploma, the delivery lead time is up to 28 working days. Due to customs delays relating to COVID pandemic protocols, orders may be delayed. We are trying our level best to ensure that your Certificate reaches you as soon as possible.
