I did not receive the confirmation email. How can I confirm my account and log in?

    If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, it could be for one of these reasons:

    • The email has been sent to your spam folder

    Check your spam inbox. If you find the confirmation email from us, move it into your inbox and update the label on the email.

    • Your email service provider is blocking our emails

    Check your inbox settings to see if Alison emails are being blocked or filtered. You’ll need to update the settings in your inbox in order to receive emails from us. 

    • You may have accidentally entered your email address incorrectly

    If you entered the wrong email address, please re-register with the correct one.

     

    If none of the above applies, you can still have your account confirmed. Simply send us a blank email with 'Confirm' in the subject line.
