He has an illustrious career spanning more than 30 years in manufacturing, banking, financial services and information technology. He has worked with various companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Polaris, AF Fergusons & Co, Albright, and Wilson (UK) Ltd.
Vaidya specialises in digital transformation that includes digital innovation areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, Blockchain, Big Data analytics, IoT (Internet of Things), open banking, AR-VR (augmented reality and virtual reality) and Fintech (financial technology).
