When will I receive my certificate?

After successfully completing a course and, if necessary, purchasing a certificate, you should receive your digital certificate immediately via automated email and on your dashboard within the ‘Course Completions & Certificates’ tab. However, if you choose to upgrade to a hard copy or framed certificate, delivery times may vary based on shipping and processing.
