Why is my score not updating?

Your course progress may not be updating due to a browser or device incompatibility issue. We suggest using a browser such as Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer is not recommended for learning on Alison.

Don’t forget to clear your browser cache before continuing your studies. We also find that spending at least 30 seconds on each slide allows our system to track your progress.
